Overall good apartment for a couple or a single professional. Includes an area which can be used as an office and a parking place in the building's garage. The apartment is well furnished, clean and with good internet. The owner/manager was responsive and my stay was overall pleasant. A couple of points which can be improved: - As common in many Dubai properties, moisture seeps through the bathroom walls, giving a stale odour in the apartment. - There is no separate air conditioning (or at least no thermostat) in the bedroom.

We had an excellent stay. The apartment is in very good condition, very well maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, which made our stay very pleasant. The views are spectacular, definitely one of the highlights of the apartment. The area is also great, very well located with easy access to everything. We also really enjoyed the gym in the building, which is well equipped and a great bonus during the stay. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you
