How does check-in work?+
Digitally. Before arrival you get clear directions and access codes, so you walk straight in. If anything is unclear, a real person answers on WhatsApp at any hour.
Do you arrange airport transfers and things to do?+
Yes. Our concierge sets up airport pickups, tours, desert safaris, activities, boat trips and restaurant bookings. Tell us what you'd like before you arrive and it's ready when you land.
Is booking direct really better?+
Yes. There's no booking-site commission baked into your rate, payment is by card through our secure portal, and you talk to the actual team that holds the keys.
What's in the apartment?+
A full kitchen, fast wifi, a washing machine, fresh linen and towels, starter toiletries, coffee and tea. Most buildings add a pool and gym. It's set up like a good hotel with a kitchen.
Can I change or cancel my dates?+
Each apartment shows its policy before you pay. If plans change, message us; where the calendar allows it, we move dates without drama.
Can I check in early or leave late?+
Often yes, depending on the calendar around your stay. Just ask on WhatsApp and we'll confirm what's possible, usually free when the apartment is open.
Is there a security deposit?+
Some buildings require one. If it applies to your apartment, you'll see it clearly before you pay, and it comes back after checkout.
How do I get help during my stay?+
